Volunteer Requirement *New
Families are required to work ten (10) hours of volunteer time during the season regardless of the number of registered players. A minimum of three (3) hours must be completed at one of the RYHA hosted tournaments.
If the volunteer requirements are not fulfilled, you will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour, up to $500.00 (per family) against your payment methond on file.
RYHA Travel and Coaches (4 per team), Travel Team Managers (maximum of 2 per team), Mite Coaches (4 per team) and one Mite Team Manager per team will have their volunteer hours fulfilled.
Board Member and Coordinators will have their volunteer hours fulfilled as defined per position.
Team Duties
TEAM DUTIES / VOLUNTEERS
Travel Team Managers will require parents to help support the team with various team duties. These do NOT qualify for DIBS hours, but may require you to register as a volunteer. Penalty box, clock and book do not require you to register. If you are a Locker Room Supervisor or a Dryland Trainer, you are required to register.
